As you know, I love being a writer & lifestyle blogger. Within the last year, I’ve created with the help of my photographer Britt Smith content that was geared towards editorial style because there was this burning desire in my heart to take things up a notch as a blogger. I love finding blog topics while looking through magazines and began being inspired by the photos in the magazine for my weekly blog content.
I love writing for other platforms but I wanted to create something of my own and something that would give me an opportunity to create a table for me to sit at, and not go after my dreams because I'm waiting on someone else approval. Don’t fret, I will still be your favorite weekly lifestyle blogger lol. Now, some of my blogs will be available in print in my very own magazine called FEARLESS.
I came up with this name because I heard it during Essence fest this year and it perfectly describes my life and my mission as a writer: to create a safe space for black women to be informed, have much needed conversations, be entertained and to enhance their overall lifestyle. This magazine is for black women, created by a black woman and contributors who will be black women as well. This magazine is for all black women no matter where you are personally or professionally at in your life.
